    Santiago to Poland?

To polish pilgrims: There is a bus service to Poland (major cities like Wroclaw, Krakow, Poznan, Warsaw) from Santiago. It takes some 30hrs and costs between 130 to 160 euros. Pretty expensive and time consuming, but it can be ideal last-minute option. You will get your tickets from ALSA at...

    Biarritz to SJPDP

Ok, I have found a bed in St. Jean on 18th of august. The owner even offered us a lift from the station (at 10:20pm) for additional 5euros, which I have agreed to. The price is 65 euros for a room wih bathroom (for 2 people- one double bed or 2 singles- he's got 2 rooms on offer) and Breakfast...

    Bordeaux to SJPDP

Espirit du Chemin would not allow anyone to check-in after 10pm, so I will try some other places. Thanks for the link.

    Bordeaux to SJPDP

Thanks for your help. Slightly different question- is there any chance to get a bed in St.Jean after 22.30? Maybe we could catch the last bus from Bayonne, so we would not need to stay there for a night? Take care. Kuba.

    Bordeaux to SJPDP

What do you think of walking all the way to Roscenvalles same day? We are planning to do that this year (arriving from Bayonne 8.58am).

    Paris to St. Jean

Thanks Sil! Now we know almost everything. 99% chance that we will go for a train (enviromental freaks). I don't think, that a bus ticket to st.Jean is online bookable- is it? Thanks. Kuba.

    Paris to St. Jean

I will try to get my answers in this topic then. We need some help with trains. Landing on CDG 18august at 11.55 am. We would love to get to St. Jean the same day in the evening. I know, there is few options allowing that, but train changes are a bit tight- that's why I need some advice. The...

    Hotel in Biarritz

We have the same problem. Sil, is she starting to walk the same day she's leaving Biarritz? We still have a problem with linking Paris to SJPdP in some short journey.

Should I Leave Aug 20 or Sept 15?

We are leaving SJPdP on 20th of august, but if we would still have a choice- we would go a month later (mainly because of the crowds). Weather should not be a problem for anyone- God loves us doing some crazy things for Him; I would go anytime if He'd tell me to. Buen Camino!

    Ryanair flights

As you guys said- no need to reconfirm, but I would strongly recommend to login to their website and check your flight 24 hours before departure. I'm using ryanair 6-8 times a year since 2004 and it happened to me 2 or three times, that my flight departure have changed (for one day earlier than...

    London to Stanstead

Ryanair buses are leaving from their doorstep- just outside the arrivals (or from above the train station). Reclaim your baggage and go straight ahead using closest door to the outside bus stop. There should be few members of staff waiting to assist you. Safe journey.
