Will I be able to just turn up in Sarria and get some credentials? Or do I have to contact an office there to get some put aside? We will be 6 people.

You can get your Credencial in Sarria at the albergue of the Xunta de Galicia, 31 Calle Major. You need not stay here in order to obtain the Credencial . It usually opens at 13:00.
