5 am cab ride in Santiago?

So fellow pilgrims. I am planning to catch the first Ryan Air flight out of Santiago on a Sunday morning. Do you think I am going to have trouble getting a cab to pick me up at 5:15 am and transport me to the airport? I can change to flying the night before if it will be difficult to get transportation.

I think you could arrange it the nigth before talking with a local taxi company.

I had this situation in April and just pre-booked a taxi for the specific time--and he was there waiting in the morning at the appointed time. The hostel helped with that--I was staying at San Martin Pinario...

As I write this from the Madrid airport waiting for my next flight. Friday night I tried to pre-book a taxi from my hotel. they told me to come down in the morning and a cab would be there within 10 minutes of their calling. This morning I got to the front desk later than I hoped they called and a taxi was there within just a couple minutes. It was a 21 Euro and 10 minute drive to the airport. Security was light and I had time for a light breakfast at the airport prior to boarding my Ryan Air flight for Madrid.
