Is there a solar powered version ? If there is I could mount it to the back of my pack and use it to cancel out noisy, yelling pilgrims with squeaky clattering poles

You can silence even the inside of a helicopter cabin by pruducing sound in anti phase, but isn´t ear plugs simpler, replacable and with no batteries !??
