Hi Folks and Buen Camino!
Just thought I'd share this piece of info with you regarding accomodation at Villafranca Montes de Orca. Carol and I had walked through some pretty awful weather on the way to Villafranca and were pretty much "done" as we entered the village we passed a small bar on the right hand side, and spotted a house with a half-door at its entrance (you know the type! like a stable door) and there stood a friend we'd met the previous day. "hey Dave! have you guys goot a place?" she called to us...because you can get a room here with breakfast for 18 euros each. As we didn't have a place for the night we checked in. It is owned and run by Christina and we had a great stay there! highly recommended!
Regards as ever to all
Dave
PS Almost forgot! It's called: La Alpargateria, Casa de Turismo Rural
