Hi, I thought I would start the Camino in the fall, but now I will be starting the last week in April, after my daughter's wedding. I thought it would be better to book just a one way ticket going and then see how it plans out for the return trip home.

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
Buen Camino! It's great to be flexible with your return date. I met quite a few pilgrims who were rushing because they needed to be in SdC by a certain date. One of the (many!) benefits of living in Lisbon is that we can get back from Santiago overland and don't need to book in advance.

The focus is on reducing the risk of failure through being well prepared. 2nd ed.
@Evy70 it is a wonderful way to start your Camino - take it as it comes. Do enjoy!

Hi Evy,

This is precisely the week I started my first camino and maybe we were lucky but it was just perfect. There was still a dustingof snow on the mountainside in the pyrenees, the Meseta was hot, but not too hot, with ocaens of wheat rippling in the spring breeze and the Galicia was lush, green and beautiful. All this with not a drop of rain.

I wish you the same luck and a fantastic camino.

Rob.

Down bag (90/10 duvet) of 700 fills with 180 g (6.34 ounces) of filling. Mummy-shaped structure, ideal when you are looking for lightness with great heating performance.

€149,-
April has been my preferred month to walk all of my Camino's. The weather 'gods' have been very kind, my rain gear virtually unused in all four of my Camino's.

Enjoy & Buen Camino.

Just be warned that Camino's can be addictive, many addicts here...
