Alberque in Villa Mayor

Was recommended to stay a Dutch alberque Hogard Monjardin. The room was very hot with only small window. I requested to move to another room not occupied by anybody and was told impossible. I commented that it was empty and was told there might still be other pilgrims arriving later. As that made no sense we decided to go to the new Alberque Monjardin close to the church. Wow what a great place brand new and very modern. Big rooms high ceilings great ventilation. Modern kitchen with granite tops big fridge with freezers leather reclining chairs etc etc

Hahahahahahaha, I wish I could see your face when entering former albergue in Villamayor de Monjardin with no windows at all :lol: :lol: :lol:

That's really funny no wonder they were so surprised when we left. But glad to report a great nights rest!
