Amsterdam to Vezelay Cycling

Hi In June I hope to complete the Camino started two years ago on Camino Frances.

My Way from Maastricht is well defined and I have the Dutch Guide book. Regarding Amstterdam to Maastricht. What I am unsure of is whether to take the LV7 Overlander River route or the Google Maps cycling option on the tarmac. both seem to run parallel. The River route looks more interesting, but is the surface generally rough. I am using puncture resist racing tyres, I need to cover 80 100Kms a day.

Any informed thoughts wouuld be much appreciated.
