Hi Ali,
There are probably lots of choices. However, for your consideration, I walked the Portuguese way from Porto in September, and never suffered a nose-bleed.

Does it have to be in Spain? It is said to be the most mountainous country after Switzerland (although having walked through Italy I would seriously dispute this ).
I would suggest one of the Chemins in France (Not the Le Puy route!).
Or parts of the Jacob's weg along the Danube. Stunning and VERY flat.

I would second the idea of the Portugues. There are a few hills but they are pretty small compared with the Camino Frances. Or the Camino Ingles for a shorter walk - a couple of stiff slopes but those are quite short and never get very high.

...or if you're not hung up on reaching Santiago, you can hit the stretch of the Camino ending in Astorga...just back up the number of days you want to walk from there. Despite what some might say, the Burgos to Leon meseta portion has a special charm and will be very very very different from your Ponferrada to Santiago walk.

no, it doesn't I am open to ideas, so thank you for the ideas will take a look!

Thank Bradypus will look into these suggestions am grateful for advice because sometimes reading gets confusing as to options!

This was an option I had considered and isn't something I have discounted yet!
