Are you looking for poles in Madrid? ~28 July 2023?

A guide to speaking Spanish on the Camino - enrich your pilgrim experience.
I will be arriving in Madrid early on the 27th but am taking a train to Oviedo around lunch time. If you happen to make it a day early I would be grateful for some poles as I am not checking a bag so will not be able to bring my own. A very kind gesture and I planned to do the same!

My train arrives at Chamartin station at 13:42 on the 27th. So I guess it depends if your train to Oviedo leaves at a North American or Spanish lunch time. :)

Ideal pocket guides for during & after your Camino. Each weighs only 1.4 oz (40g)!
It would be more of a North American early lunch/Spanish late breakfast, 11:15. It looks like we will just miss each other. Thank you though, and I hope that the poles find their way to someone in need!

Just a follow up note to say that the poles have been passed on to another pilgrim (who connected via a similar notice posted in a Facebook Camino group). So this can work. If you are leaving from a common port of entry for pilgrims (Paris, Madrid, Bayonne, Porto, Lisbon, etc.) and cannot take your poles with you, give it a try.
