St James' Way - Self-guided 4-7 day Walking Packages, Reading to Southampton, 110 kms
The first edition came out in 2003 and has become the go-to-guide for many pilgrims over the years. It is shipping with a Pilgrim Passport (Credential) from the cathedral in Santiago de Compostela.
@ilay:
I just finished doing it last week. I don't see why you couldn't. But a later walker has mentioned that the Monreal Albergue is closed, so that could be a challenge. It's a good idea to have a guidebook. Miam Miami dodo or the CSJ Touluse to Puenta la Reina guidebook should do. If you start at Oloron Ste Marie, you will want to spend your first night on the trail at the monastery at Sarrance. See my thread at: Walking in Beauty: the Camino Aragonese.

€2,-/day will present your project to thousands of visitors each day. All interested in the Camino de Santiago.
Thank you for answers! I am now on oloron sainte marie. I may take bus to urdos tomorrow. I just don't see a place with information and maps. Hopefully I will find tomorrow. Or I will pay extra price until jaca. Did somebody do this part and have suggestions? Buen Camino!!!!!

OK ... so you made it to Oloron, why do you want to take bus to Urdos? Is the weather that bad? Oloron has a a very helpful tourist office plus some information in the main church - just follow the red-white way marking and you will be fine. Bon Chemin, SY

The 2024 Camino guides will be coming out little by little. Here is a collection of the ones that are out so far.
Thank you for the answer!
Weather is actually relatively good (so I heard) no rain and not much for now. I neefe to take a bus as mt time is limited. I am only able to reach burgos at this moment. Hopefully will continue another time. I did not manage to start today as my sim card just failed so ibought a new one and took the train to bedous, made the walk from bedous to accous then took a bus to urdos where I found a lovely albergue completely empty. I was really happy to take the bus as the part after accous goes through a very narrow valley with steep edges along the road which has many tracks travelling on it. Hope I didnt miss much between oloron to bedous... I had a great view from the train. You are right, for now it is bon chemin!
