I’m arriving the day before to Biarritz airport. Just did the same thing. Express Bourricot was very helpful and kind. The more the merrier. Buen Camino.

I also booked with Express Bourricot for BIQ to SJPP, they were great! However, a month after you... BTW their booking site had a glitch, I had originally submitted the online form and did not hear any reply so I emailed them and finally made contact. The glitch should be fixed now but if anyone is waiting to hear back, you may want to try them again. Buen Camino!

I experienced the same thing. I finally used WhatsApp followed up with an email with my info. They promptly responded and couldn’t be nicer. I’ve heard that one of the initial challenges Pilgrims face (from outside Europe) was planning the logistics to just get to the starting point. Glad it’s over and seems fine. Just gotta hope the plane connections are without snags! Buen Camino!

How much do they charge for the shuttle please?

The price varies based on the number of passengers for each booking. It can be as low as €19 or as high as €90 for only 2 people on a trip.
