Any idea how I can find the bus schedule online? I assume it’s just a local bus that doesn’t require reservations. I’m traveling this Friday - June 23. Buen Camino!

The 2024 Camino guides will be coming out little by little. Here is a collection of the ones that are out so far.
Ideal pocket guides for during & after your Camino. Each weighs only 1.4 oz (40g)!
It's about a 5km walk from Atapuerca to Quintanapalla and the bus-stop. There is no local taxi service in Atapuerca. Any taxi will likely come from Burgos. You may like to consider either the walk or just taking the taxi back to Burgos

The Camino book isn't accurate. It says the bus is in Atapuerca and not in Quintanapalla. I can walk 5 kms. I just want to make sure I don't miss a bus that only comes a couple of times/day.

Down bag (90/10 duvet) of 700 fills with 180 g (6.34 ounces) of filling. Mummy-shaped structure, ideal when you are looking for lightness with great heating performance.

I asked about the reverse direction in the tourist office in Burgos yesterday and they said that there was no bus to Atapuerca. I am not sure about the other place mentioned.

The Museum of Human Evolution in Burgos is fabulous. It was quite moving for me.

You can also walk backwards, and at Ages, follow the road to Santovenia de Oca and from there, walk to the highway … maybe 6? km. The Jiménez bus will pull over and stop if someone is standing at the spot where the Santovenia road meets the highway. There is a morning bus about 9 and a couple of afternoon buses.

I woke up in Atapuerca last week with a totally “unwalkable” knee. I had to get a taxi to Burgos. It was about 40 Euros.
