I'm leaving by train tomorrow morning to Pamplona. I hope to find someone to share a taxi to Roncesvalles to start my Camino. Will anyone else be in Pamplona tomorrow looking for a ride? Do I need to book the Alburgue at Roncesvalles? Buen Camino.

I'm hoping you'll be as lucky as others in recent threads in similar position to you arriving by train in Pamplona (ie.being rushed to share a taxi to Roncevales!)

We are also looking for taxi companions June 5.. We are taking train to Pamplona from Madrid and then taxi to st jean. We are so excited to walk our first Camino ..we are Florida tennis team mates and close friends, we leave our men at home to search and enjoy "the way" , BUEN Camino

There is a bus from Pamplona to SJPDP that leaves at 5.30 in the evening . I've just had some friends take it. It takes 2 hours.

i heard there is another bus from Roncesvalles To SJDP, it costs 20€, should ask at the bus station. Buen camino

The vis from Pamplona to Sjpp at 5.30 sounds perfect. I will arrive from Bilbao to Pamplona 17th Of May.

Getting excited reading about everyone's experiences. Am taking the train from Barcelona to Pamplona may 28th and then bus/taxi? To st Jean pied de port. Anyone else in my time frame?
