Train. I took the bus, and it ended at Vigo. I had to take a taxi from there to Tui.

ALSA operates buses north and south between Santiago and Lisboa that stops at Tuy. This is an international schedule.

ATSA (not ALSA) provides several buses daily between Tui and Vigo.
