How long would this take at a leisurely pace? Also how hard would it be for a novice? I am an experienced biker but my wife isn't.

Technical backpack for day trips with backpack cover and internal compartment for the hydration bladder. Ideal daypack for excursions where we need a medium capacity backpack. The back with Air Flow System creates large air channels that will keep our back as cool as possible.

It’s 250km Burgos to Rabanal. 4 days eas biking. I walk it in 8 days flat mostly Meseta

@EdwardPineNut a friend and I rode in September and that section took 4 days. I am reasonably experienced rider, my friend not so much. We rode days of 75km, 60km, 40km and 55km from Tardajos to Murias de Rechivaldo, so not exactly Burgos to Rabanal in distance but close. We wouldn't have wanted any bigger days as we had headwinds across the meseta which was quite trying! The 40km days was into Leon for a short day. It was relatively easy riding and baggage transport will make it easier for a novice. If you have time add another day to be able to look around and enjoy the villages more than we did. There are a couple of recent recaps on this forum that may help.
Cheers and happy riding
