Bilbao to Belorado by Bus ?

Hi.. Arrive in Bilbao Airport about 3.30pm on a Tuesday .Does anyone know the best way to Belorado.I checked it out & there seems to be a Bus @ 5pm but website wasnt updated for ages & not sure if this is still correct . Help.... Thanks
