If you click on the 'Camino de Santiago Calendar' link on the bottom of the page you'll be able to see all those forum members leaving the various starting points and their commencing dates, I'll be taking my 1st steps from St Jean on May 23rd and as about 20,000 peregrinos set off from St Jean annually there'll be no shortage of backpacks to be seen on your starting day.

Arriving St. Jean PdP 23 May 2013 and heading up the big hill 25 May 2013.
I like the idea of relaxing for a couple days at the start. I will be the pilrim with the Maple Leaf on his pack. See you soon.

I arrive on May 27 and start the 28th from Roncesvalles. Ill pro'bly catch up with y'all at some point.
