Hi I am a new pilgrim hoping to walk the Camino ingles in mid November. I would appreciate any advice on what to bring and how to arrange travel plans ( I unfortunately don't speak Spanish). Thanks. Abbeygremlin

Abbey - where are you travelling from?

I walked this route earlier in Summer this year. It is lovely. There are very helpful postings on this forum for the Camino Ingles.

This is the Camino walked by english and north-european pilgrims who arrived in Spain by boat to the galician coasts.

I would suggest you to go directly to Santiago and then to take a bus to El Ferrol.

The Camino begins just beside the ocean.

Another point to begin this Camino is La Coruña. The best option is, again, by bus from Santiago, or by plane from Madrid.
