I look for the less unsealed way, the most pleasant one .

Who has an experience of thoose ways ?

Where can I find maps? Which guide?

Technical backpack for day trips with backpack cover and internal compartment for the hydration bladder. Ideal daypack for excursions where we need a medium capacity backpack. The back with Air Flow System creates large air channels that will keep our back as cool as possible.

Hi Dominique, John Brierley's book "Camino Portugese Lisbon - Porto - Santiago" list all the routes and alternates to each route for the walk you are taking.
My brother and I are walking from Porto to Santiago in mid April and we are trying to decide which route to take also he wants the coast I want the Practical path with the alternate riding the Metro to Maia. All the best with your choice.

I do not know the weather in May as we walked in late September. But we took the beach up to Vila do Conde and it was nice to walk along the ocean for a stretch. I only pray the way is a little better marked but let me know if you want more particulars. This is a nice camino for those having only two weeks. Bom Camino!

Hi
Thanks for the reply.
I have some questions about the way yo took. Are there enough "albergue" on this way? If not where did you sleep ? In hostels? What about the prices ?
Did you walk more on the sealed roads or more on a path ?
regards
Dominique
