How do you travel from Vigo bus station to Tui after 2:30 pm? Do you have to go to Valenca do Minho? There is currently an Alsa option @ 5:30 pm. Any chance the bus driver will let you get off on the Spanish side? If you go to Valenca, any current special COVID or immigration requirements? What are approximate cab prices from the Vigo bus station? I realize any and all may be subject to change, does anyone have any advice?

Good luck and Carpe diem
