Camino Portuguese (Lisbon) - Start June 2018?
Hello...
I have just finished walking the French Camino and am now in the middle of Fisterra>Muxía>bus Santiago...

I have another 10 days before I need to finish and would really like to walk some of the Portuguese way...

WALKING BACKWRDS
I heard that this is possible to do backwards as there are arrows to follow. Does anyone have experience with this?

SUGGESTED 150k SECTION
Also, does anyone have a thought on where to start, as I think I an cover about 150k and can get a bus at the beginning and end to a large place, i (we) have been walking in the rain for over two weeks so was thinking of trying to bus a little bit away from Santiago to start and, would love to experiance some of the Portuguese countryside and coast.

Thank you in advance! Much appreciated

Hi, bus or train from Santiago to Vigo, and walk the Portuguese Coastal Camino, including the Variante Espiritual:
Vigo to Redondela – Pontevedra – Armenteira – Vila Nova de Arousa – boat to Padron – Santiago.

You could take a bus to Tui and walk to Porto from there. I did this last fall and was glad to do so. The bridge between Tui and Valenca was designed by Eiffel, as in the tower guy. You can either do the inland route, or you can follow the river and coast. The pathway along the river is part of a major green way. I followed the coast and it's really not hard but it is very pretty. Albergues have no problem giving you a bed.

Hello, I lost my GoPro with all my pictures on the Camino between Pedra Furada and Aborim last week. Is there a lost and found in SDC? Any other ideas? Thanks and Buen Camino.
I’ll be finishing the Caminho Português next month. Last year I wore Hoka Challenger 6 ATR shoes. I did have some blisters and foot pain, but a lot could have been due to the 30+km days from...
