Can I get to Jaca from SJPP or Roncesvalles

I'm thinking about doing the Camino from Le Puy to Santiago this summer. There is one catch. I have a friend who lives in/or around Jaca. The Camino that goes through Jaca is the one from Arles, but I don't want to do that Camino. Is there any way that I could get to Samport or Jaca from either SJPP or Roncesvalles?

Peter Robins has some maps on his site that you might find helpful. Here is one http://pilgrim.peterrobins.co.uk/routes/lourdes.html#Piémont
showing the route from Lourdes to Oloron-Sainte-Marie and then to Jaca.
You wouldn't need to walk as far as SJPP: you could maybe come off the Le Puy route at Arthez and find your way to Oloron. But Peter has much more detailed knowledge of this area.
