Chorizo alert: it's good and Costco has it now

Fellow Canadian Costco customers, I have just returned from Costco in Montreal with a package containing a total of 780g of chorizo, salchichon and cured ham. 27$C and the chorizo has the correct taste and texture, which is rare on this side of the pond. The salchichon resembles rosette de Lyon but needs to dry a bit more. Sopa de ajo & tortilla have just made it to the week's menu. Buen provecho!

The focus is on reducing the risk of failure through being well prepared. 2nd ed.
Back from Costco again, and they also have 2 sticks (260 grams each) of mild chorizo of the Prestigo brand by Goikoa, made in Navarra, for C$8.99. It needs to dry out a bit, it is now hanging in my kitchen. As for the calorie count .... Yikes: 140 calories per 28 grams. No wonder a stick of it will serve me as a Camino fan for days and days. I may switch to the lomo on my next Camino as it's lower in Calories amd higher in protein. But boy does it make a delicious tortilla and sopa de ajo.

Down bag (90/10 duvet) of 700 fills with 180 g (6.34 ounces) of filling. Mummy-shaped structure, ideal when you are looking for lightness with great heating performance.

€149,-
Costco also has Manchego Cheeeeeeeeese!
One has to wonder if Costco got a new Spanish CEO ;). Mind you, it also had pineapple cake(Chinese). Maybe it is starting to cater to minorities, but its Spanish effort is stellar!

My local Coscto has had Manchego cheese for years and years. Have never looked at the sausage Dept!!! So don't think it is a new development.
