We can be thankful that the humidity is so low. It feels like a (very) hot day on the VdlP in summer.
it is slightly much lower here in the Metropolitan area. But still the humidity is bad. It is 38 here and it is a killer.

No. I'm afraid I have been a bit of a sook, and I stayed in the aircon.😞
Yes, its ghastly. Just checked and its just gone down to 41.1 here in Fremantle. Impossible to do any decent training just an early morning walk.

Sorry, really sorry. I hate humidity and high temperatures. Stay safe. I am so fortunate to be in a temperate zone. For now.
The humidity has been so incredibly low that it didn't feel as bad as you might expect. And you are completely unaware of sweating.

But how do I read this image? I only know how to read it with a few clues. The green swirls, for example - for me, they are just swirls. For those in the know...?
I think your question in your post in itself is fair, OP. I also like that smart people can help us read information that is otherwise a locked vault!

Add to that the record dew point! I'm a little over it...
You are getting the hot stuff in the west Paul. We’re getting very high humidity but lower 30’s on the east coast., accompanied by some scary storms here and there (thunder and lightening and hail )..

It’s looking lovely on the Vdlp and Mozárabe though ❤️

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
Over in Melbourne we have had a nice summer only a few days in forties, mostly mid twenties. Perfect just what I like.
Perhaps you could send us some of your cooler days please. 😀🙂🙃

Yes, that’s what I am getting here in Brisbane right now.

This is the most consistently hot and humid summer I can remember. It’s energy sapping and so uncomfortable. I’ve always been a summer girl, but I can’t wait for winter this year. Coming to you from the Gold Coast (east coast).

You can have some of ours....please... We have so many on our front lawn that the only reason we mow is to pick up the "roo poo".
I feel your pain. Had about 30 in my front paddock last night. But this summer has been very cool and wet. Only three days over 40 and right now its 16 with rain and a cool breeze. (Central west NSW)

Interesting. We only see the 'road kill'. But now we have to worry about the first cyclone of our season which might decide to swing around the corner at NW Cape. This is Windy's prediction for Friday.

It isn't quite that hot here in Canada right now. In fact, looking out of the window I see snow.

I would advise against any long walks in that heat.

Yes you can cope with very hot when the humidity is low.
Over here on the East Coast of Aus it’s been raining for weeks with the humidity up in the 80-90 percent and everyone’s winging about the hot summer. However our summer temps have been relatively mild only mid 30’s- very low 30’s Celsius of course. It’s humidity that makes it uncomfortable, I actually like dry heat.
