There are buses almost hourly from Leon to Astorga. They go through Virgen del Camino, which is next to the airport, so you have to walk 1 km up the hill to the road, which also is the Camino. The fare is about 3 E.

It depends on your needs, you can walk around 2km distance to the bus stop and it will cost you around 3 euro but if you have a lot of luggage and you plan to start your trip from Astorga I recommend you http://www.taxiastorga.com +34639427021. They are really kind people with good service. You just need to arrange with them your arrival time at Leon airport and they pick you up from there and take you to Astorga for a reasonable price between 40 and 50 euro.

If you just walk up to a taxi stand and request a destination out of town it usually costs an Euro and a bit per kilomete depending on the driver and how he interprets your face-ergo about 50 kilometers from Leon to Astorgaso 50 Euro and a bit. Airport taxis are notorious world over so do try and contact the website above for a better price. The walk from Leon airport to Virgen del Camiono along the road is closer to 6-7 kilomerters, check a map, even GoogleEarth for the way through the airport parking lots and wharehouses.
