cycling Camino Portuguese - Coastal Route from Porto

I am looking for a clear guide with maps to cycle from Matosinhos to Santiago. I have purchased Camino Portugues by John Brierley but find it confusing and focused on walkers (understanbly).

I am trying to stay away from dangerous traffic.
