Cycling Portuguese Vigo to Portevedra.

I've cycled the Portuguese from Lisbon, often using a cycle GPX route. Going from Vigo, passed the single track bridge, Ponte Medieval de Pontesampaio to Pontevedra has a problem at the top of the hill (end of 2022). The road EP00001 is closed at the very top of the hill. If you go through the fence you will find they are building a major road further down. If you go left at the junction you can find the walking route. It seems the GPX route is given out with those that hire out bikes in printed instructions. I met a couple in Vigo who were on that route. Another thing that is shut is the car ferry across the border at Caminha. If you are in the Albergue you will probably find phone numbers of the speedboats that cross from the road to the campsite. If you really zoom up google maps you will find where the speedboats are. The couple I met cycled to the bridge 26km away.
