December 31, 2014 - Will the SJPP Pilgrim office be open New Years Eve?

This is my very first time on the Camino. I'm hoping to begin my walk at 6 AM on January 1, 2015. Will I be able to obtain my credentials at the SJPP office that day before or do I need to arrive there earlier? Thank you!
