How's My Walking...? New study reveals that your walking speed (and hand grip) may be indications of how likely to you to be diagnosed with dementia! Me? Depends. It took me twice as long as everyone else to complete the Portuguese, but that's because I smelled every flower, stroked every cat, horse and donkey, and talked (softly) with every dog.
Can't say I am too worried...
