Nothing to do with el Camino but we are surrounded by Diwali fireworks. Our dogs are terrified and even the tranquilsers don't help their fear and distress. Its a festival of exploding big bangs and booming rockets, rather than a fetival of lights. There'll be a dozen or more injured and traumitised animals in the cages at the SPCA tomorrow.
