If I understand correctly, the Camino will not go through his farm as was possible up to 2011 but rather beside it. Either way an improvement to the current deviation through Riolobos.
The first time I was able to cross the farm (you see Galisteo right in front of you). The second time in 2014 we tried to find a way around the farm as the owner of the bar in Grimaldo said it was possible and drew us a picture. Much to our disappointment - and hours off track - we had to backtrack and still go through Riolobos. Geez, I think that we did a complete circle around Galisteo before reaching the town. My walking partner will never let me forget that one!

Very light, comfortable and compressible poncho. Specially designed for protection against water for any activity.

Our Atmospheric H30 poncho offers lightness and waterproofness. Easily compressible and made with our Waterproof fabric, its heat-sealed interior seams guarantee its waterproofness. Includes carrying bag.

€60,-

This of course suggests it's time for a return visit to the Vdlp for you. :)

I think I’m on day 12, so not quite two weeks in. Thus far the VDLP is definitely a different animal than the CF. And I have to say, I’m struggling to enjoy it as much as the CF last year. I...
