Here is a beautiful account of a Canadian pilgrim's experience at the Gite de Pelerin, 'Le Par Chemin' in Espalais, one stage after Moissac. With permission he tells of the Gite's origins and how Sylvie and Vincent, the hosts met. If you find yourselves overnighting in Espalais perhaps you will have the priviledge of seeing some of Sylvie's extrordinary collages.
