Hello
I am a single women who will be backpacking in Europe for 2 months starting in May . I am wanting to start my Europe trip by walking the Camino France's but I don't want to take my full backpack just a light one! Can anyone suggest ideas how I can meet the rest of my backpack in Santiago where I will complete my walk.
Also suggestions on where to start along the France's as I have about 10 - 15 days I want to be on it.
Many thanks from a kiwi girl :)

Down bag (90/10 duvet) of 700 fills with 180 g (6.34 ounces) of filling. Mummy-shaped structure, ideal when you are looking for lightness with great heating performance.

Depending on how easy you want to take it you could start in either Leon or Villadangos del Parámo. If you have time to spare when you reach Santiago you will have time to explore this beautiful City or visit Fisterre and Muxia.

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

€46,-
10 to 15 walking days x 20km / day (leaves space for a rest day, unforeseen injury etc.) sets the possible start point somewhere between Leon and Ponferrada, but it really depends on how much you can/want to walk everyday. As for the rest, what @wayfarer said. Buen Camino! SY

After the first couple of days you will get your Camino legs. Perhaps best to consider these two where there is not so much uphill and downhill to ease your way in? After a while you will be comparatively flying! (Sorry, just realise your a Kiwi and can't :)). BTW in my youth I had a Kiwi girlfriend who got sick and tired of the old joke (I'm sure you know it and I obviously won't say it here). But I used it as a riposte when she got on my back for behaving like a typical Pom. ;) Bear in mind that there is always an option to send your pack forward each day using the bag transport services available. Enjoy your planning, don't fret (too much), and Buen Camino.
