Hello everyone,

My name is Larry H. Lyda from Spring City, TN.
I am 57 years old and retired.
I will be starting my first Camino hopefully on September 1, 2012 in St Jean Pied de Port.

Allowing myself until Oct 10 to finish.

When I decided to walk I set it up for Sept for a couple of reasons, the main one to allow time to prepare my gear. As a hiker, I have all the necessary stuff, but now I'm assembling ultra light equipment. With 69 days left until my flight (who is counthing? :D ) it seems like it will never get here. I am reading and learning a lot each day, I'm sure the real learning will be on the road!
