First time on the Camino

I plan to begin my Camino Oct 3 from SJPP. I would appreciate any help in getting from Pamplona to SJPP and where to stay and eat on the night of the 2nd.

Hi Si,
You do not say what time you arrive in to Pamplona. If you get in before 6.00 pm a bus leaves the bus station at 6.00 pm for Roncesvalles and I believe it is possible to get a taxi from there back down to St. Jean.There maybe other pilgrims hoping to do the same.

If you arrive later than 6.00 pm I could recommend Hostal Hemmingway in Pamplona, not far from the bus station. You could book it at http://www.hostelworld.com
