Flin Flon Canada

3rd Edition. More content, training & pack guides avoid common mistakes, bed bugs etc
Hello,
I am almost ready to go. I will be leaving Flin Flon Canada on July 1st and will be starting the Camino from Le Puy en Velay on July 5th 2019
Flin Flon Manitoba was on my childhood horizon, as one of the clan had emigrated to there, and one year brought a cowboy outfit for the brother with the same name as himself. My other brothers were not too pleased that they did not bear that name!
Buen camino.

Technical backpack for day trips with backpack cover and internal compartment for the hydration bladder. Ideal daypack for excursions where we need a medium capacity backpack. The back with Air Flow System creates large air channels that will keep our back as cool as possible.

Hi Crystal,

I was surprised and delighted to see you posted!😊. You have invested so much of your life and passion to the Arts and Culture in our community that we are all so glad you are taking this time for yourself. Best wishes in your training and preparation. I hope we can hit the snowshoe trail one of these days. Take care.

The 2024 Camino guides will be coming out little by little. Here is a collection of the ones that are out so far.

Such a small world! Thank you for sharing.

Thanks for all of your advice! And yes to the snow shoeing. I really want to squeeze that in somehow. Thanks for all of your encouragement.

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
Does anyone have any advice for what brand/style of long pant to bring on the Camino during the summer months?

I have baggy convertibles. Zip off around the knee. Very comfortable, for me. If you want a full length trouser, you have it. If you want shorts, you have them. I care not a whit about the look of them. Sorry, but I do not dare advise you what might be good for you!

Welcome to the forum and bon chemin!

I think you may find heaps of advice on clothing through a search or browse the gear section of the forum.

Don't forget to pack sunscreen!

Thanks for sharing. I've been debating whether to choose the convertible pants.

Thank you for widening my horizont. I thought with places like Lederhose or Paradies the world was full of wonders, but ignorant me I thought Flin Flon to be something else, but a place . Now I know it’s in Manitoba. Have a lovely time on your Camino.

I recommend convertibles too! They’re great.
