Answering my own question: I’m there now at 11:27am and there’s no food truck.

A long time ago, before the pandemic, there is no a food truck
The first edition came out in 2003 and has become the go-to-guide for many pilgrims over the years. It is shipping with a Pilgrim Passport (Credential) from the cathedral in Santiago de Compostela.

Was there a Sunday service? There was one happening when I arrived there on a Sunday back in 2018.

It was there in 2016 and 2017 when I walked through. I had the best orange juice ever, freshly squeezed by the lovely proprietor, and got these stamps in my credential.
