Getting a credential

A friend of mine is starting her camino in Leon. Where's the most convenient place for her to get a credential?

Probably at the parochial albergue.

The cathedral or the Albergue (Santa Maria de Carbajalas) or maybe the Tourist Office

The tourist office in Leon is just the opposite of the main entrance to the cathedral. Very easy to find.
