Getting from Condom to Paris

Hi,

We are planning to walk the chemin from Conques to Condom in May 2015. Can anyone recommend the best and most affordable way to get from Condom back to Paris? Is there a SNCF nearby that can be reached by taxi or bus? Thanks in advance!

SNCF shows just two trains a day from Condom, one through Pau, and the other an overnight through Agen and Toulouse.

SNCF Car (bus) Condom to Pau, TER train Pau to Dax, TGV Dax to Paris Gare Montparnasse. This is 10 hour evolution.

SNCF Car (bus) Condom to Agen, TGV Agen to Toulouse, Intercites overnight Toulouse to Paris Gare d'Austerlitz. This is 11 hour evolution overnight.

You could fly to Paris from either Pau, Agen, or Toulouse.

Tell me when you are in Condom, since we live nearby and I'll drive you 40 minutes to Agen....oh whoops, I'll be on the Camino Frances near Carrion de los Condes by then.. Sorry!

not a great way of showing it - probably better if you go to Geoportail and look up the Topo map yourself. But very definitely doable.

Hi dadataxi, last year I also had to travel back to Paris from Condom. I took a bus from Condom - leaving from the train station at six o' clock in the morning - to Agen. From Agen to Paris (station Montparnasse) I took the TGV at 25 euros. I cannot remember how long the bus took, but I guess it was more or less an hour. The train trip took four and a half hours. All in all it was a pleasant trip without any stress. Dolfina

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
