Try Jacotrans:

This is what they say:

We transport your luggage along the route.

In case your bike breaks down, we repair it or take it to a workshop.

We provide you with everything you may need: clothing, shoes, walking sticks, water bottles, raincoats, bike replacement-pieces, medicaments…

We manage any formality that you may need to do: We contact you with any travel agency, find housing and arrange transportation (by taxi or similar), post, tourist information…

We have special bags to store your goods.

We rent backpacks

We give information about how to get the "Credencial Jacobea Universitaria".

And for everything else…. JACOTRANS

If you are walking for one week from St Jean you could also try Express Bourricot - run by Caroline and is based in Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port.
She works from Moissac to Burgos.

Transfer of pilgrims:
Between Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port and Roncevaux: From 9 euros per person (see her email below)
Carting your luggage: Transfer of stage to stage reserved in advance
Tariff: 8 euros for each stage between Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port and Logroño
Tariff for a group: On consultation
Loan of small back pack.

"Hello, I can take people from St Jean to Roncesvalles. I do it every day, generally in the morning. The price depends on how many people I pick up. So it is 9 euros per person if I have at least 3 people. But if you are alone, it is 27 euros, if you are 2, it is 13.5 euros for each one and if you are 3 or more, it will be 9 for each one. And I try to make group with different people who call me. I hope you understand, because my English is not so marvellous!!
For bags, it is 8 euros for each day and i go to Logrono, 7 days walking or more (depends on people) from Saint Jean Pied de Port. If you are more people it will be less expensive.
See you later"

There's a bus you can catch at the bus station that takes you to SJPP for 20 euros. It leaves early evening (around 1730).

Contact pension Corazon Puro regarding their transfer service. They will meet you in Pamplona, host you overnight and transport you to Roncesvalles or SJPdP the next morning.
