This is a short clip from 1963 that has been shown on TV in Europe (seems mainly in scandinavian countries, germany, austria, etc) on New Year's Eve and has become a tradition of sorts -
May you enjoy it as well and start the New Year with laughter and good cheers ... this li'l clip is rather amusing indeed. (english spoken)

Tradition in Norway. Sent 9 PM on natinal TV the 23rd Dec. Same procedure every year, James.

Will use the opportunity to wish all Camino friends in the forum a Happy New Year as well as a long walk in Spain in 2015. I will.

On German language channels (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), this can be watched about 20 times today.

This is the first time I've seen this and can see the humorous side, the sad side and the light hearted "positive" ending.
Gives a whole new meaning to:
"put a tiger in your tank"

Thanks Amorfati! Although it's a years long tradition in broadcasting it on national broadcaster here in Slovenia (31st Dec evening), I can't get enough of it
