Hello to everyone, buenos dias,
I'm Brendan - BrendanJoseph on here because there must be loads of Brendans. Like lots of pilgrims I have just retired and now have time to do the Camino and hope to do it all in one go from SJPP to Santiago, possibly in July August. I know it might be very hot but I have other trips and a friend who might come with me is free then. I have just started finding out about the Camino and am delighted that I found this website, which seems to have all the information that you need. I look forward to meeting some of you on the Way. Why am I doing it? - at heart I think I am a wanderer.
Buon Camino,
Brendan

Hi Brendan,

I'm doing the same walk in May, my first time too.

Buen Camino!

Hi Kat,
My friend Tony have decided that we are starting on 13th June from St Jean Pied de Port, so we'll be a bit behind you. We plan to get to Santiago and then go on to Finisterre and be back in Santiago for 24th July for the eve of the feast of St James.
Buen Camino,
Brendan

Hi Allan,

Hopefully starting from SJPP on the 1st May, I say hopefully as I am currently trying to get over a knee injury! Even if I have to do it using crutches I will, but I would prefer it was better! I just ordered some pacer poles so now I'm the one with the forum badge, pacer poles & limp! I've never wanted (or felt I needed) to do something as much as this before.

When are you starting?

Buen camino Brendan!

Kat
