Came across this Facebook page titled Humans of the Camino by Joe Laverty. He describes his wonderful work as a series of portraits, showing the pilgrims who walk the Camino de Santiago - the ancient pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela in Northern Spain.

Answers to the question: Why are you Walking?

You can find lots of threads and lots of answers to that question in the Forum. It looks to me like the reasons boil down to a relatively small number of reasons. But find those threads, and see for yourself! Buen camino.
