An Seattle American Pilgrim member has created a great new site that shows the route in pictures...mile by mile.
He took a picture every mile and the site makes it pretty easy to walk along with him.
If you register it looks like you can post your training walks and it will correspond to the actual distances on the Le Puy Chemin.
