So, my friend Sandra and I have purchased our plane tickets! YAHOO!! We leave for Paris on July 1st and have booked 6 weeks for our Camino trip.
I just wanted to say thank you to everyone on this forum. We have been reading diligently for the last two years and have learned more about socks, boots, poles, packs, etc. than I ever dreamed of knowing. Who knew socks could be so interesting and challenging.
We are hoping to meet up with some pilgrims from this forum while on The Way. So if you see two Canadian ladies on the path, don't hesitate to stop and say hello and maybe share a glass of vino tinto!

Have a wonderful Camino! One warning though, Camino's can become somewhat addictive. I am doing the Portuguese route starting April 7th which will be my fourth year in a row of walking a Camino route.

I'm going in April for my 3rd year in a row! And I've even got my wheels turning for a 4th one in 2018! I hate to call myself a Camino addict, but then...if the shoe fits, wear it!
