Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

We are on day 14, in Cistierna. Today was hard. No idea how we will pull off the next few. The scenery is absolutely awesome.

Gorgeous pictures! Thanks for sharing them. Cistierna isn’t a really charming town, IMO, but I have met so many kind and helpful people there. One of the women cleaning the rooms in Hotel Moderno even skillfully pulled a tic out of my back! Great menú del día in their restaurant, btw, but I know it is after lunch time now.

Ate dinner there night before last. Excellent. Took train back to Guenes yesterday to get box at Correos today. Nice to have a down day. On pur way again this afternoon.

Today 4/23 we are in Bonar. We are planning on going to Vegavercera but the weather forecast for the next two days is rain and snow. Think we may hold up for a day or two or try walking part way tomorrow and finishing this stage on Friday. Don't want to miss this.
