Planning for El Camino

Sumachado

Hi, I am Sumachado, 56, from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil; I intend to start my Camino in June 2008 from SJPP. I am very anxious but at the same time very sure that everything will turn out well. Hope to get all the advices you guys can give me. Thanks for everything!

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

Hi Sumachado,
Welcome to the Forum. I hope all your preparations for your pilgrimage go well. The earlier you can start in June the better because at that time of the year the Camino is busy and gets more full as you get closer to July.
Two years ago I walked for some time with a pilgrim from Brazil called Paolo; He was Chairman/Secretary(?) of the Brazilian Association of St. James I think you should be able to get help also from there, particularly with getting to your starting point.
If you do contact Paolo give him my regards.

Buen Camino,
Brendan

Thanks for your words and I hope to meet you again in this forum. Ta ta...
