Local news websites have reported that the municipal albergue in Pontedeume was flooded in the early hours of yesterday morning. Seven pilgrims were taken to a local hotel for the rest of the night. The flood water has been pumped out and other damage repaired and it is expected that the albergue will reopen for pilgrims later today.
