So, it is possible to book a single room in Seville at the Coummunity of Poor Clare Sisters at the Monastery of Santa Rosalia in Seville. The cost is 25 Euros per night, which is a great price for peace and quiet. However, paying the deposit has me stumped. Today I received this letter:

Dear Annie
Peace and Good

We booked a single room at the House of Prayer of the Capuchins of Seville for the nights from 9 to 12 May 2013. Estimated Almsgiving is 75 €. To confirm the reservation has to be sent by money order for 50% of almsgiving (38 €), within 15 days, to the following address

Abbess of Santa Rosalia
C / Cardinal Spinola No. 8

Received the rotation will confirm the booking which will give timely information to your inbox. In case of cancellation of booking almsgiving full will go to the missions we have in Africa
The other 50% of the booking must be paid in cash at the key collection.

To pick up the key, the schedule is:

If it was completely impossible to collect them in these times, is the possibility that someone in the Collect your behalf. Between 20.00h 19.00hy Mass is celebrated in the monastery so you will have to wait to collect keys that hour. If you want you can do it in our church, next to the monastery.

UPDATE: I found a friend who lives in Seville to pay the deposit for me and I'll send her the cash via paypal. This is a problem, however, so if you want to stay here, you'll have to figure it out. They DO, by the way, have a regular pilgrim bed albergue and the beds are cheaper. I just wanted the experience of a private room for a few days before I began walking and although you CAN find cheaper lodging in Seville, I loved the idea of a silent retreat.

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.
